Indiana Jones

Indiana (Indy) Jones is America's favorite fictional professor of history and archaeology, soldier, adventurer, all blended into one hero with a bullwhip, a leather jacket, and a fedora. Originally, Tom Selleck was cast in the movie role, but his Magnum P.I. contract prevented him from accepting it. Three weeks before filming began, Harrison Ford was chosen, and the rest is history.

Although Indiana Jones has now been around for more than twenty years, his romantic adventures, rugged masculinity, and crooked smile continue to draw fans of all ages from around the world.
